Big Brother Naija star Mercy Eke has given fans a glimpse into her inbox after revealing several messages from men asking for a chance to date and marry her.
The reality TV personality said she hardly opens her direct messages, but on the rare occasion she did, she was surprised by the number of heartfelt proposals waiting for her.
Among the messages she shared was one from a man who claimed to be a financially stable American-based Nigerian from Anambra State. He offered to fly to Nigeria to meet her if she was interested in getting to know him with the intention of marriage.
Another admirer, who described himself as a Lekki landlord, assured Mercy he was not after her money, saying he only wanted an opportunity to love and marry her.
Other suitors included a Nigerian medical doctor, a civil engineer based in Dublin, and several men from different parts of the country and abroad, all expressing admiration for the reality star and hoping she would give them a chance.
Mercy did not indicate whether she replied to any of the messages, but the screenshots quickly sparked reactions from fans, many of whom found the proposals amusing and entertaining.
