Former Big Brother Naija housemate Ike Onyema has reflected on his time in the reality show, admitting there are things he wishes he had done differently.
Speaking on The Echo Podcast, Ike said he didn’t fully understand how the competition worked while he was in the house and only realised what the show required after it had ended.
According to him, he left the show with about ₦3 million but believes he could have earned much more if he had better understood what appealed to viewers.
The reality star also spoke about relocating from the United States, where he was born, to Nigeria. He said although he misses America, he enjoys greater freedom living and doing business in Nigeria.
“I left the USA where I was born and moved to Nigeria cos there’s no freedom there. I only made 3 million from Big Brother. I regret not cry!ng in the house. If I knew what the show was about, I would have been cry!ng up and down just to win the money,” he said.
