Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Rema has expanded his property portfolio with the purchase of a luxury residence at One by Binghatti, an upscale development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The real estate company confirmed the acquisition in an Instagram post on Monday, revealing that the singer officially completed the purchase during a signing ceremony attended by Chief Sales Officer Abdullah Binghatti and other senior executives. Rema was also taken on a guided tour of the firm’s flagship developments.
In its announcement, Binghatti stated: “Binghatti proudly announces global singer and songwriter Rema as the newest homeowner at One by Binghatti.”
Rema’s new residence is located in Dubai’s Business Bay district, just five minutes from the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.
Recognised as one of Dubai’s leading property developers, Binghatti has delivered more than 12,000 residential units and is behind luxury branded projects including Bugatti Residences by Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti.
