TikTok sensation Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has officially taken possession of the Abuja mansion gifted to him by billionaire businessman Ochacho.
The content creator was handed the keys and property documents on Friday during a presentation attended by music executive Soso Soberekon.
Ochacho had announced the ₦400 million property as a wedding gift to Peller during the TikTok star’s wedding.
Several months after making the promise, the businessman has now formally handed over the property, confirming that the house belongs to Peller without any conditions attached.
Ochacho stressed that the gift was not linked to any advertising arrangement, making it clear that Peller would not be expected to promote his business in return for the mansion.
He also disclosed that Peller is the first person he has given a house to.
While handing over the documents, the billionaire prayed for even greater prosperity for the young entertainer, predicting that the mansion would only be the beginning of much bigger blessings.
Ochacho said Peller would receive more properties from other wealthy individuals and jokingly predicted that his own sons could one day hand Peller the keys to a house in London.
He said:
“The house is for free! No be say them call you for back to do advert or anything. It’s for free! You are the first person we are giving a house.
“God will embarrass you with wealth. You have not seen anything. People are going to dash you estates. Very soon, my sons will give you a key to a house in London.”
