Popular TikTok personality Peller has reacted to comments made by social media personality Tunde Perry concerning his relationship with businessman King Ochacho.
Perry had praised Ochacho for his support towards Peller but questioned whether the businessman’s efforts alone would be enough to establish his son as a successful musician.
According to Perry, although Peller could use his large social media following to promote Ochacho’s son and help him gain visibility, the young musician would still need genuine talent and musical ability to succeed.
He also referenced the ₦400 million Abuja mansion and other gifts Ochacho has reportedly given Peller, cautioning the businessman against assuming that his generosity would automatically turn his son into another Wizkid or Davido.
Perry said:
“God bless you, King Ochacho, for supporting Peller, but only him can’t blow up your son. Your son has to be good in music too, and Peller will support him with his audience. Ochacho, me too I want money. Everyone sees you’re promoting your son with what you have. Don’t expect because you gifted Peller a house and money that your son will be the next Wizkid and Davido.”
Peller, however, took issue with Perry’s remarks and responded directly to him hours later.
The TikTok star suggested that Perry’s comments were motivated by his own desire to receive financial support from Ochacho.
Peller advised Perry to openly ask the businessman for money instead of making comments he believed could damage his relationship with Ochacho.
He said:
“Tunde Perry! If you want to beg for money from Mr Ochacho, beg with your full chest and stop trying to spoil my name and reputation with him.”
