Porsha Williams has emerged with a substantial financial victory following her divorce from Simon Guobadia, securing a seven-figure payout, the Atlanta home they once shared and a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Simon agreed to transfer his ownership interest in the Atlanta mansion to Porsha through a quitclaim deed.
The documents also state that Porsha is set to receive $1,568,181.63 from Simon’s portion of the property’s equity as reimbursement.
Simon further agreed to hand over the title of the 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost to Porsha and pay other money he owes her without delay.
Under the terms of their agreement, Porsha now has sole authority over the mansion and can either refinance it or sell the property on commercially reasonable terms without requiring Simon’s involvement or the intervention of an arbitrator.
