Skit maker Ogbeni Adan has taken to social media to make serious allegations against his mother, accusing her of actions that he claims have negatively affected his relationships, career and personal progress.
The comedian shared a photograph of his mother and accompanied it with a lengthy message in which he described her in extremely harsh terms.
According to Ogbeni Adan, his mother has allegedly interfered in his romantic relationships, prevented potential supporters from reaching him and deliberately worked against his career and creative work.
He also expressed regret over not having the ability to choose his biological mother, saying he wished he had been born to someone else.
He wrote:
“Meet BOLANLE MONIADE AGUN NEE ADETOYE
The worst mother in the history of mothers, the most wicked and bitter human I’ve ever met. Scattering her son’s relationship, blocking his destiny helpers, going the extra mile to work against my career and craft and still have the effontary to boost about it to his face. I really wish I was birthed by a different mother, but we can’t choose who give birth to us can we?
Damn! Some witches no do reach this oo, God help me!”
The entertainer later opened up further about what he described as years of emotional pain and difficult experiences.
He said the alleged betrayal from someone close to him had taken a major toll on both his personal life and professional growth.
“If I should say all what my eyes have seen, if I say all what I’ve been enduring for years, if I say the huge effect the betrayal of a close one has had on me and my progress in life and career
You all will be surprised why I haven’t considered suicide yet
If I’ve ever gave you joy with my craft, please keep praying for me,” he added.
