Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has opened up about the disciplined lifestyle changes behind his recent weight loss, describing his transformation as a “testimony of grace” and a work in progress.

The music star shared a video of his slimmer physique on Instagram, alongside a detailed list of the habits he has adopted to stay fit and healthy.

According to him, he has eliminated sugar, alcohol, energy drinks, soda, noodles, pasta, bread, and seed or vegetable oils from his diet. He also revealed that he quit smoking and has been practicing celibacy as part of his lifestyle overhaul.

Ice Prince said his daily routine now includes morning and evening walks, regular workouts, hydration-focused meals, and natural drinks such as homemade smoothies, coconut water, ginger tea, green tea, and black coffee.

He further disclosed a structured eating pattern that includes OMAD four times weekly and TWOMAD three times weekly, alongside a diet balance of 50% protein, 30% vegetables, and 20% carbohydrates.

The rapper added that he sleeps between six and seven hours daily, maintains a 10pm bedtime, reads for an hour each day, and keeps things light with chewing gum and a focus on personal peace.

He also stated that he has never used drugs, substances, or supplements in his life.

Ice Prince ended his post with a reminder of his upcoming project, announcing that his new album, TOG, drops tomorrow.
