Priscilla Ojo has spoken about her upbringing and the role her mother, Iyabo Ojo, played after her parents went their separate ways.
During an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Priscilla explained that although her parents were no longer in love while she was growing up, her mother stepped in fully to handle both parental responsibilities and ensured she never felt the absence of a father figure.
“My parents fell out of love and my mom played the role of both parents very well, I didn’t feel like a father figure was missing.”
She credited Iyabo Ojo for raising her with strength and stability, noting that she grew up without emotional gaps despite the family situation. The interview, conducted by Chude Jideonwo, highlighted Priscilla’s appreciation for her mother’s resilience and dedication in single-handedly providing both care and guidance throughout her upbringing.
