Nigerian content creator Nasboi has opened up about a memorable encounter with Afrobeats star Burna Boy, revealing how the singer lifted his mood with an unexpected gesture.
Sharing the experience on X, Nasboi explained that he had stepped out to watch OdumoduBlvck perform at a club. As he was leaving the venue, he ran into Burna Boy, who recognized him and called him over.
According to Nasboi, the Grammy-winning artist spoke kindly to him, expressed appreciation for his work, and went on to hand him bundles of dollars.
“Yesterday, I went to the club to see Odumodu perform. On my way out, @burnaboy was there too, he noticed me, called me over, appreciated me with kind words, and gave me some money. It feels amazing to be seen. Thank you for lifting my spirit, ODG.”
