Former BBNaija winner Ilebaye Odiniya has reportedly sparked concern online after appearing emotional during an Instagram live session where she allegedly accused her father of physically attacking her.
According to reports making rounds on social media, the reality TV star appeared on the livestream with a visibly swollen face while desperately calling for help.
Sources alleged that the incident happened after Ilebaye visited her father’s home to check on her younger brothers following claims they were not being properly cared for. The visit reportedly turned violent, with her father allegedly assaulting her and locking her inside the house.
It was further claimed that Ilebaye managed to alert the police during the situation, but officers who arrived at the residence were allegedly prevented from entering because her father refused to open the gate.
A source speaking during an X Space discussion also alleged that Ilebaye’s mother left the marriage in 2024 due to repeated domestic violence issues. According to the claims, she moved away with her daughters while the boys stayed behind with their father, who has since remarried.
The disturbing allegations have continued to generate reactions online, although neither Ilebaye nor her family has officially released a public statement regarding the incident.
