Bruno Fernandes has been named Premier League Player of the Season after a brilliant campaign with Manchester United.
The 31-year-old midfielder scored eight goals and matched the Premier League record for most assists in a single season, finishing with 20 assists alongside Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne.
It is the first time Fernandes is winning the award, and he also becomes the first Manchester United player since Nemanja Matic in the 2010/11 season to receive the honour.
He had earlier picked up the FWA Footballer of the Year award, rounding off a standout season in which he played a key role in helping Manchester United secure Champions League qualification.
