Tensions flared between Nigerian artistes Idowest and Mr Real as they exchanged heated words during a press conference ahead of their celebrity boxing match scheduled for July 31.
The two musicians appeared shirtless for a pre-fight face-off, where they taunted each other and engaged in a tense verbal exchange in front of fans and the media.
Speaking confidently during the event, Idowest claimed he would make quick work of Mr Real, insisting the fight would end in the opening round.
“Mr Real, that Ibo boy… I go beat am under 1 round. Even my grandma will beat Mr Real. I go use one hand beat am,” he declared.
Mr Real responded by mocking Idowest throughout the face-off rehearsal, laughing at his opponent and making light of his threats as both men continued to trade jabs outside the ring.
The dramatic exchange has added to the excitement surrounding the celebrity bout, with fans eagerly awaiting the July 31 showdown to see if either artiste can back up his pre-fight claims.
