A woman alleging to be the first wife of Nollywood actor Olu Olowogemo has surfaced online, accusing him of abandoning her and their 10-year-old son.
The woman, who made a public appeal, claimed she has been left to cater for the child alone, calling on Nigerians to intervene and help her get justice.
Reacting to the accusation, the actor pushed back and demanded proof of paternity, insisting that the issue should be resolved through a DNA test. He maintained that he is not avoiding responsibility but wants confirmation before taking any action.
“if you’re sure that i am the father of the child and DNA will confirm it, bring the child to me first thing tomorrow morning in Abeokuta, I’m not scared of taking responsibilities”
He further stated that he is fully prepared to accept the child and fulfil his duties as a father if the test establishes that he is indeed responsible.
