DJ Pretty Play has concluded her ambitious quest to set a new world record for the longest continuous club DJ performance.

She embarked on the 288-hour marathon on March 11 at Bay Lounge in Lekki, Lagos, and successfully reached the milestone on Monday, marking the end of the intense endurance challenge.

Speaking ahead of the attempt, she made it clear that the goal went beyond breaking records, describing it as a personal test of strength, consistency, and passion.

“I step out with one mission – to push beyond limits and attempt history. This is more than a challenge; it’s about discipline, passion, and proving that with determination, anything is possible.”

“I’m officially attempting to break the Guinness World Records for the Longest Marathon Club DJ-ing, and every second counts.”

The event attracted strong support from notable figures in the entertainment scene, including Anita Joseph, Charles Okocha, Ini Edo, alongside music stars D’banj and Slimcase, who turned up to show their support.

This achievement follows an earlier attempt that began on March 3 but was cut short on the third day after a breach of the rules.
