Veteran actress Fausat Balogun, widely known as Madam Saje, has stepped in to restore peace between Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham, and Iyabo Ojo after a public fallout linked to a movie premiere.
The tension reportedly started when Akindele was said to have overlooked Abraham’s greeting at a film premiere hosted by Ojo, sparking rumours of a strained relationship among the actresses.
Reacting to the situation earlier, Ojo suggested the misunderstanding may have stemmed from Abraham previously voicing concerns about feeling excluded, which allegedly went against an earlier agreement with Akindele.
In a video that has since gained traction online, Madam Saje disclosed that she had waded into the matter and successfully resolved the dispute. She also instructed all parties involved to keep the issue off social media going forward.
“I have taken up the matter since yesterday. I’ve resolved it and ordered them to take it off social media. I made them realise that their matter should no longer be discussed on social media again,” she said.
