According to sources from both parties who spoke on condition of anonymity, the meeting is focused on exploring ways for opposition forces to collaborate effectively against President Bola Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2027.
The discussions are also expected to tackle internal crises within the parties, review pressing national issues, and develop coordinated strategies moving forward. Both the factional PDP and ADC are currently dealing with leadership disputes, rival factions, and ongoing court challenges.
