Nollywood star Toyin Adewale, who is also the mother of singer Mayorkun, has reacted to viral claims that her son’s Lagos home was destroyed by fire.
Reports had circulated online alleging that an explosion triggered a blaze at the singer’s residence on Saturday night, with claims that he and his family narrowly escaped.
However, Adewale dismissed the story as false, calling out the blog behind it for spreading unverified information. She made it clear that no such incident occurred at her son’s home.
She also expressed gratitude to those who reached out in concern after the rumour spread.
