Former Big Brother Naija star Tacha Akide has stirred reactions online after weighing in on American rapper Latto’s pregnancy announcement.
Latto broke the news on March 19 while unveiling her new single, “Business & Personal (Intro),” and confirmed that her forthcoming album, Big Mama, is set for release on May 29.
The development has sparked widespread discussion, particularly as her rumoured partner, 21 Savage, is said to be married with children.
While opinions remain divided, a social media user defended Latto’s decision, pointing out her age and financial stability, insisting she would be fine regardless.
Reacting, Tacha acknowledged Latto’s financial independence but sharply criticised her choice to have a child in such a situation.
“Yes, she’ll be fine. But at the end of the day.. She’s incredibly stup*d with no form of self-value or self-worth.
CAUSE I don’t get how you’re up there in your career, you have access to the best of men, the smartest of men, you’re successful, and you still decide for some weird reason “To be a baby mama to a married man??” So yeah, I agree, she’ll be fine, buuh she’s still stuupid”.
