American rapper Cardi B has weighed in on the relationship drama that often follows her, saying she has repeatedly found herself dealing with ex-girlfriends and babymamas of the men she dates.
Her remarks come amid speculation about her alleged relationship with Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, following recent social media posts by his alleged babymama.
During a livestream on X (formerly Twitter), the rapper explained that the situation is something she has experienced for years. She said some former partners’ exes have allegedly gone as far as contacting her repeatedly and showing up uninvited, while others created unnecessary tension during her relationships.
Cardi added that she believes the issue isn’t tied to one particular relationship but has become a recurring pattern whenever she dates someone with an ex-girlfriend or a child from a previous relationship. She also made it clear that the drama won’t stop her from pursuing love.
She said:
