Ozonna Soludo, son of Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo, has become the subject of online discussion after he was absent from his sister Oduko Soludo’s graduation ceremony in the United Kingdom.
As Governor Soludo, his wife Nonye and other relatives gathered at the University of Nottingham to celebrate Oduko’s First Class Honours degree in Neuroscience, many social media users noticed that Ozonna was missing from the family event.
Rather than attending the ceremony, the fashion and lifestyle influencer shared a video on his social media page, encouraging people to love themselves, make themselves a priority and not be influenced by the opinions of others.
He said:
“Love yourself more, make yourself a priority. F**k other people’s opinions. Baby, choose you.”
Ozonna also accompanied the post with a caption that read:
“Loving yourself will cost you the approval of people who benefit from your self abandonment.
So let this be a reminder to choose yourself anyway. Again and again. Because you are worth it.”
His absence from the graduation, combined with the timing of the motivational post.
