Omotayo, popularly known as Iyanaladuke and the estranged wife of actor Femi Adebayo, has publicly defended actress Toyin Abraham, dismissing claims that she played any role in the collapse of her marriage.

In a statement shared online, Iyanaladuke said she felt compelled to speak after a viral video by Mama Esabod circulated with what she described as false and misleading allegations about her relationship and Toyin Abraham’s involvement.

She wrote:

“I have deliberately chosen not to publicly respond to the many false stories surrounding my marriage. However, I believe it is necessary to address one of them. The allegation that actress Toyin Abraham was responsible for the problems in my marriage by allegedly informing me that another actress was with my then-partner on a movie set is completely false.”

She further explained that she never confronted or harassed anyone over the matter, noting that she remained actively involved throughout the movie production in question.

“I never confronted, attacked, or harassed any woman or man. I was present on that production from the very beginning until the end of the shoot. My team and I were solely responsible for the welfare of the entire production, catering for over 500 cast and crew members for more than one month as my contribution and support to my then-partner.”

According to her, the recent claims resurfaced because of Mama Esabod’s viral video, prompting her to finally set the record straight.

Iyanaladuke also revealed that she possesses screenshots of conversations involving those directly connected to the matter but has deliberately chosen not to make them public, saying she has no interest in prolonging the controversy.

«“I have screenshots of conversations between the parties directly involved. However, I have chosen not to do so because I do not believe it would be beneficial to continue fueling public conflict.”
