Businessman King Ochacho has warned celebrities who received plots of land from him that they have just six months to begin construction or risk losing the properties.
He made the declaration during a livestream with popular streamer Peller, where he insisted that any beneficiary who fails to start building within the deadline would have the land revoked and reassigned to someone else.
According to Ochacho, singer Zlatan has already been instructed to commence work on the land gifted to him, while Teni and every other celebrity who received similar gifts are also expected to begin development within the six-month window.
“I told Zlatan to start building on the land I gifted him. Teni and every celebrity I gave a land to have 6 months to start building on it or I’ll revoke it and give it to someone else. Peller, you’re the only one I’ve gifted a penthouse.”
The businessman added that Peller is the only celebrity he has gifted a penthouse instead of a plot of land, a gesture that came shortly after he presented the content creator with the luxury property as a wedding gift..
