Romelu Lukaku is edging closer to a move to Fenerbahce after Napoli agreed terms with the Turkish club for the Belgian striker, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The deal will see Fenerbahce pay Napoli an initial €6 million, with further payments potentially triggered by performance-related bonuses. Lukaku has also agreed personal terms with the Istanbul side and is expected to earn about €10 million per season.

The transfer has progressed quickly, with negotiations between the two clubs successfully concluding on Tuesday.

Lukaku has already completed his medical examinations and passed the required tests ahead of the move. Napoli and Fenerbahce are now working on the exchange of official transfer documents.

With the major aspects of the deal settled, only the remaining paperwork and administrative formalities stand between Lukaku and his official switch to the Turkish club.
