Afrobeats singer Davido has raised an allegation against Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma over the presence of an INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Osun ahead of the August 15 governorship election.
In a post on X, Davido questioned why Pauline Ugonyeka, whom he described as the REC for Ebonyi State, was in Osun despite allegedly not being assigned to the state by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The singer claimed Ugonyeka was sent to Osun by Governor Uzodinma as part of an alleged plan to manipulate the election.
