Nigerian streamer Peller has shaved his head in solidarity with his wife, Jarvis, following the backlash she received after cutting her hair.
According to Peller, he decided to get the same haircut as a surprise for his wife and to remind her that she was not facing the criticism alone.
Explaining his decision in a post, he said: “I want to barb skolo to surprise my wife. Because she barb skolo, everybody is abus**ing her and talking a lot about her.”
Peller’s gesture was intended to show his support for Jarvis as she dealt with the negative reactions to her new hairstyle.
Rather than allowing her to face the criticism by herself, the streamer chose to undergo the same transformation and stand by her publicly.
