Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing and former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna are set to take their ongoing public feud into the boxing ring in a celebrity showdown.
The pair are scheduled to face off on October 1, 2026, at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos State.
The celebrity boxing match was announced by the organisers, Balmoral, in an Instagram post on Friday evening.
Sharing the promotional poster for the bout, Balmoral wrote: “Plot twist? Let’s see what the women can do. Phyna VS Nkechi. The rivalry is real. Now, let’s see who backs it up when the bell rings.”
The announcement comes just hours after Nkechi Blessing and Phyna engaged in a heated exchange on social media, further fuelling public interest in the upcoming encounter.
The October 1 showdown is expected to draw attention from fans of both entertainers as they prepare to settle their highly publicised dispute in the ring.
