Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has weighed in on the brewing tension between actresses Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele, making it clear that he prefers to stay out of the conflict.
Ogogo advised both actresses to appreciate their blessings rather than engage in disputes, noting that he avoids involving himself in matters between women because such situations often escalate unnecessarily.
“If Toyin and Funke have sense, they should know God has favored them. I don’t interfere in women’s matter. Something that will happen that men will just laugh over, if it happens to women, it is always worse than Hitler’s war so it is hard for anybody to interfere,” he said.
He added that men should refrain from stepping into these disagreements, describing such interference as pointless. “Any man that interferes is stup!d. What is the reason for the fight? God blessed the two of them already and the next thing they think is right is to be fighting. Very soon they will come back to their senses. It is not even my business,” Ogogo noted.
The actor concluded by expressing confidence that the situation will eventually calm down, and both actresses will move past their disagreement.
