The Recording Academy has unveiled the official timeline for the 2027 Grammy Awards, including dates for nominations and the main ceremony.
The announcement was made on Tuesday during an upfront presentation in New York, where organizers shared details leading up to the prestigious music event.
According to the Recording Academy, songs and projects released between August 31, 2025, and August 28, 2026, will qualify for consideration. Nominees for the 2027 Grammys are scheduled to be announced on November 16, 2026.
The award ceremony itself will hold on February 7, 2027, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The show will air live on ABC and will also stream on Disney+ and Hulu, ending the Grammy Awards’ 54-year broadcast relationship with CBS.
Sharing the update on Instagram, the Recording Academy wrote: “IT’S TIIIIIME! The road to the 2027 Grammys officially begins now. Mark your calendars for submissions, nominations, voting, and all the key moments leading up to Music’s Biggest Night. Grammy Season.”
