Nollywood actor Kunle Remi couldn’t contain his excitement as Hollywood star Michael B. Jordan claimed his first Oscar on Sunday night.
Sharing his joy on social media, Kunle also had a playful jab at the difference between Hollywood and Nollywood award ceremonies.
“So happy for MBJ.
So they engrave your name after you win! Right there. Take it home!
If na AMVCA, all of you will share one for the night, then come back and collect it at the next award,” he wrote.
Through his post, Kunle highlighted the stark contrast in how awards are celebrated in the two industries, offering both humor and a gentle nudge for AMVCA to step up its game.
