A new twist has emerged in the ongoing controversy involving broadcaster Frank Edoho and his estranged wife, Sandra, as “Monisola Hard Cafe Arsenal” has released a detailed statement along with what she claims are original WhatsApp chats with Frank, insisting the earlier screenshots shared by Sandra were fake.
Monisola explained that she first met Frank on October 31, 2023, at Hard Rock Café in Lagos after a casual exchange about his online personality led to an introduction. She wrote: “His friend heard me call him a ‘savage’ and called his attention… we talked about Arsenal, rap and Twitter bants.”
She said they exchanged contacts and continued communicating until November 19, 2023, when she allegedly received a message offering her ₦10 million to meet at VGC that night.
“It was a shocking offer and I had to ask if I’d be exchanging my kidney for 10M. He said I don’t have to do anything,” she stated.
Monisola said she went for safety reasons after informing close friends, but was later picked up by a woman who drove her to Frank’s residence.
She alleged that the woman turned out to be Sandra, Frank’s estranged wife, who later locked her inside the house and confronted her alongside Frank.
According to her, Frank appeared confused and said: “I know you, what are you doing in my house Monisola,” while Sandra began recording the encounter.
Monisola also claimed that fake chats were later circulated suggesting she demanded payments such as ₦50k–₦100k, which she strongly denied.
She wrote: “The MONISOLA part is FALSE!!!! I own up to my shhiii with my full chest.”
She further alleged that Frank later contacted her in 2024 and apologised, claiming he was also misrepresented in the situation.
Monisola accused Sandra of orchestrating a setup that led to public backlash against her, insisting she only got caught in a situation she never expected.
The controversy continues to generate widespread reactions online as new claims and counterclaims surface.
