Nkechi Blessing has come to the defence of singer Chike following the controversy trailing allegations linking him to Frank Edoho’s estranged wife, Sandra.
The actress also reacted to critics who have threatened to boycott or blacklist the singer from events and shows over the claims, describing the backlash as unnecessary.
Taking to her Instagram page, she dismissed those calling for his cancellation, writing:
“They said they will cancel him, as per una be Jesus Christ personal assistant? Now open your ears to the sound under this post…na him sing am.”
Her statement has since generated mixed reactions online, with some commending her for supporting the singer, while others criticized her tone in addressing the situation.
