Nollywood actress Judy Austin has dismissed allegations by her estranged husband, Emmanuel Obasi, that she was romantically involved with actor Yul Edochie while they were still married.
Reacting to the claims, Judy described her ex-husband’s account as false, maintaining that she never had an affair with Yul during her previous marriage.
The actress further clarified that her marriage to Obasi ended in 2013 and insisted that she did not meet Yul Edochie until several years later, contrary to the timeline being circulated online.
“My ex-husband is lying against me. I never slept with Yul Edochie while still being married to him. My previous marriage ended in 2013, and I saw Yul Edochie for the first time many years after. Don’t believe whatever you heard outside this,” she said.
Her statement comes amid renewed public interest in her relationship with Yul Edochie following recent comments by Obasi, who alleged that the pair had been involved while he was still married to the actress.
