Media personality Amaka Okeke has dismissed claims linking her romantically to veteran TV host Frank Edoho, describing the allegations as false, misleading, and damaging to her reputation.
The denial comes after Edoho’s ex-wife, Sandra Onyenucheya, made public accusations naming several individuals she alleged were involved with the broadcaster, a claim that quickly stirred reactions online. Former BBNaija housemate Tega Dominic had also earlier rejected similar allegations tied to the same narrative.
Reacting via her Instagram page, Amaka Okeke said her connection with Frank Edoho was purely professional at the beginning before evolving into friendship, stressing that nothing beyond that exists.
“Over the past few hours, my name has been wrongly linked to false and baseless allegations currently circulating online.
“For clarity, Frank Edoho and I met in 2024 on strictly business related matters and only became good friends in May 2025 when he was dealing with a personal matter which I will not bring up here for privacy reasons. Any narrative beyond this is completely untrue.”
She expressed disappointment over what she described as attempts to drag her into online speculation, warning that such claims could cause harm to individuals and families.
“I am deeply disappointed to see my name attached to narratives that are malicious, baseless, and entirely inaccurate.
“I kindly ask that people refrain from spreading unverified claims that may harm individuals, families, and reputations.”
Amaka added that she will not be engaging further on the matter publicly, noting that her legal team has already been notified.
“I remain focused on my work and will not be engaging further on this matter. My legal team have been informed accordingly and will take action in due course.
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with support.”
The controversy follows ongoing online exchanges after Sandra Onyenucheya publicly responded to cheating allegations involving Frank Edoho, during which she mentioned names of individuals she claimed were connected to him.
