Nigerian content creator and skitmaker Amarachi Amusi, popularly known as Ashmusy, has taken a major step toward safeguarding her future by opting for egg freezing.
She documented the experience in a video shared on Instagram, walking her followers through the various stages involved in the procedure and offering insight into how it works.
The 30-year-old explained that her decision was influenced by a desire to avoid feeling pressured into marriage due to age, noting that she wants the freedom to make the right choice at the right time.
She described the move as a deeply important one, saying it gives her peace of mind about becoming a mother in the future, something she holds dearly.
Ashmusy also said she chose to make her journey public to educate and support other women who may be considering similar options. She clarified that only her eggs from a single cycle were preserved, stressing that the procedure does not affect her ability to conceive naturally at any time.
