Reality TV star Chinwe Elibe has called out a stylist known as Prince Innovations, accusing him of allegedly scamming her and her friend ahead of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards.
According to Chinwe, she and her friend Ruthie hired the stylist to prepare their outfits for the AMVCA and paid him upfront for the job. However, she claimed he allegedly vanished after receiving the payment and stopped responding to their messages.
Chinwe further revealed that despite allegedly avoiding them after collecting the money, the stylist was later spotted at the AMVCA venue.
She alleged that she lost N800,000 to him, while her friend Ruthie allegedly lost N400,000, bringing the total amount involved to N1.2 million.
Ventilating her frustration in a video shared online, Chinwe said:
“So guys, this is the face of the thief. This guy scammed me of N800,000 and scammed Ruthie of N400,000 in the name of styling us for AMVCA outfits. So he came to the AMVCA because he didn’t expect us to come. His cup is full, his name is Prince Innovations. You want to be popular, welcome to stardom.”
