Nigerian streamer and content creator Carter Efe has accused fellow streamer Peller of being responsible for the takedown of his TikTok account.
Carter made the allegation shortly after TikTok permanently banned his account over multiple violations of the platform’s policies.
Speaking during an interview with Channels TV in Lagos on Thursday night, Carter claimed that Peller was behind the incident.
The streamer further issued a warning to Peller, threatening to deal with someone close to him over the alleged account hack.
Carter said, “Na Peller hacked am. Me I don already tell am say I no dey chop people’s account but I go chop person wey dey around am.”
Carter’s allegation comes amid ongoing controversy surrounding his permanent ban from TikTok, with the streamer maintaining that Peller was responsible for the loss of his account.
However, there was no independent confirmation at the time of the report that Peller hacked or caused the removal of Carter Efe’s TikTok account.
