During the programme, the lady shared her painful medical journey, revealing that she spends about ₦51,000 weekly on eye drops in an attempt to manage her condition. She also disclosed that her father had previously spent his last ₦10 million on eye surgery for her in hopes of restoring her sight.
Moved by her story, Carter Efe stepped in and donated ₦300,000 to support her ongoing eye treatment. He also pledged further assistance for her next appointment with an ophthalmologist in Enugu.
