Casandra “Cassie” Ventura Fine has revealed in new court documents that she is no longer living in the United States, marking a major personal shift more than a year after her testimony in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial.

According to documents obtained by USA TODAY, the singer made the disclosure in a May 1 declaration filed as part of an ongoing legal dispute with male escort Clayton Howard, which is still being handled in court.

In the filing, Ventura Fine stated clearly that she has relocated abroad and has no plans to return to the United States.

“I am not a resident of the State of California. I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States,” she said.

She also requested that the case be moved from California to New York, saying the change of venue would make it easier for her to attend proceedings due to travel convenience. However, she did not disclose her current country of residence.

The legal matter involving Howard stems from allegations tied to so-called “freak off” encounters that became part of broader claims raised during Combs’ high-profile trial.

Ventura Fine previously testified in the federal case involving Combs, where she detailed aspects of her past relationship with the music mogul, including a 2023 lawsuit settlement reportedly worth $20 million.

In the 2025 trial, Combs faced multiple federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, but was ultimately convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution while being acquitted of the most serious charges. He later received a 50-month prison sentence.
