US singer d4vd has denied all allegations against him after being formally charged in connection with the death of a 14-year-old girl.
The 21-year-old, whose real name is David Burke, is accused of killing Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose dismembered body was reportedly discovered inside an abandoned Tesla linked to him. The case, which had remained largely out of the public eye for several months, has now entered a new phase with details emerging in court.
Prosecutors from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed multiple charges against him, including first-degree murder, engaging in lewd acts with a minor under 14, and mutilation of a body.
During his first court appearance, his legal team entered a not guilty plea on all counts, insisting he did not commit the crimes.
The victim’s parents were present in court as proceedings began, while Burke’s lawyers maintained that the evidence would ultimately clear him as the case continues.
