Drake stunned guests at the latest edition of his annual Strong Women, Stronger Drinks celebration by giving away more than $1 million in cash alongside luxury vehicles and designer gifts.
The exclusive event took place on Tuesday at Toronto’s Casa Loma and was organised to recognise the achievements of Canadian women, including entrepreneurs, business owners and digital creators.
Reports say 16 women received cash rewards, with 10 taking home $50,000 each and another six awarded $100,000 apiece.
Videos from the event captured reactions as Drake personally presented some of the cash prizes. Footage also showed a lineup of luxury vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz G-Wagons and BMWs, handed out during the night.
Attendees were also treated to expensive gifts, including Birkin handbags, turning the annual gathering into one of the rapper’s biggest and most generous celebrations to date.
