Folashade Tinubu-Ojo has raised concerns over the outcome of the recent All Progressives Congress primaries in Lagos State, threatening to stage a protest over what she described as manipulation of the process.

Tinubu-Ojo, who is also the daughter of President Bola Tinubu, spoke on Wednesday during a gathering of market leaders and stakeholders at her office in Ikeja.

She accused the party of altering results in favour of the Justice Forum faction and rejected the outcomes announced for Mushin Federal Constituency 2, Agege Constituency 2 and Ojokoro.

The Lagos APC had earlier published the names of successful candidates from the House of Representatives and State Assembly primaries ahead of the 2027 general elections. The list was endorsed by the party’s state chairman, Cornelius Ojelabi.

Tinubu-Ojo maintained that Seye Oladejo, Mutiu Olaide Oladeebo and Olotu Ojo were the authentic winners in Mushin Federal Constituency 2, Agege 2 and Ojokoro respectively.

“We are ready to protest because of Seye Oladejo of Mushin Federal Constituency 02, Mutiu Olaide Oladeebo of Agege 2 constituency, Olotu Ojo of Ojokoro constituency, because we know they won this election. Their mandate should not be given to somebody else,” she said.

She further appealed to party leaders at both the state and national levels to review the disputed primary results before they are officially ratified.
