Davido has humorously addressed the growing trend of fans comparing him to Jonasi, the lead character in the popular series, “The Polygamist.”
While interacting with a female fan at the airport, she asked if she could speak to him about the hit show. Before she could finish her question, Davido laughed and quickly cleared the air.
“I’m not Jonasi,” he said.
His light-hearted response amused those around him and has since generated reactions on social media, where many fans have been teasing the singer by likening him to the fictional character from the trending series.
