King Ochacho has dismissed claims circulating online that Peller could lose the ₦400 million Abuja mansion he received from the businessman as a wedding gift.
The rumour had suggested that the property was not fully Peller’s and could be taken back by Ochacho at any time. However, the businessman has now come forward to reject the claim and clarify the terms of the gift.
According to Ochacho, there were no conditions attached when the mansion was presented to the Nigerian streamer. He also said all the relevant property documents have already been transferred to Peller.
“We gave him the house free of charge with no conditions attached. We have handed over all the necessary documents to Peller and the house belongs to him, so don’t believe the rumours spreading online,” he said.
Ochacho’s statement follows growing discussions online about the ownership of the property, which attracted significant attention after he presented it to Peller during his wedding to Jarvis.
The businessman’s clarification means, according to his account, that Peller is the outright owner of the mansion and there is no arrangement for Ochacho to reclaim the property.
He therefore urged members of the public to disregard the rumours making the rounds on social media about the ownership of the house.
Mr Ochacho cleared the air about the house given to Peller.
