Nollywood actress Nancy Isime has paid an emotional tribute to her late friend and colleague, Alexx Ekubo, saying his influence in life far exceeded the number of years he spent on earth.
Reflecting on their friendship, Nancy said many people were familiar with the bond they shared through the entertaining videos and memorable moments they often posted together.
“I was driving when I heard the news of Alexx Ekubo’s de.ath.
“Alexx was my friend, people knew that, we had so much fun videos. He was 40 years and he made so much impact. A lot of people live their life to a 100 years and don’t make as much impact as he did.
“So Alexx lived his way and he also went out his way. So that is commendable and I will forever love him.”
Nancy added that Alexx’s legacy would continue to live on through the lives he touched and the contributions he made during his lifetime. She noted that he chose to live life on his own terms and achieved a level of impact that many people fail to attain even after living much longer.
She further expressed admiration for the way he lived and said she would always cherish his memory.
