Paris Saint-Germain secured a place in the UEFA Champions League final after overcoming Bayern Munich 6-5 on aggregate following a dramatic 1-1 draw in Wednesday’s semifinal second leg.

The French side wasted no time taking control of the match as Ousmane Dembélé found the back of the net in the third minute. The move started with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia combining brilliantly with Fabián Ruiz before delivering a perfect pass for Dembélé, who fired home from close range.

Bayern pushed hard in search of a comeback and eventually drew level deep into stoppage time through Harry Kane, but the late goal was not enough to stop PSG from advancing.

Having already edged the first leg 5-4 in Paris, the reigning French champions held on to seal qualification for another European final.

PSG will now battle Arsenal for the trophy in the final set to take place on May 30 in Budapest. Arsenal booked their place after defeating Atletico Madrid 1-0 on Tuesday to complete a 2-1 aggregate win.
