Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has shared how she marked the birthdays of her two sons by celebrating with underprivileged children, despite being separated from them amid her ongoing custody dispute with estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
In a video posted on social media, Regina was seen distributing gifts and food packages to children on the streets before hosting a birthday party in honour of her sons, Munir and Khalifa, who recently turned six and four, respectively.
The celebration featured large framed photos of her sons, a birthday cake, and joyful moments as the children sang and celebrated together. Regina also handed out presents, making the occasion a memorable one for the youngsters.
As the event progressed, the actress became overwhelmed with emotion and broke down in tears while watching the children celebrate.
Sharing the video, Regina wrote, “This birthday definitely felt very different, special, extremely emotional for me and I give all glory to God.”
She also prayed for her sons, expressing hope that they would continue to grow in good health, kindness, compassion and God’s unfailing grace, while reaffirming her love for them.
