Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has responded to Judy Austin’s recent legal action against her, once again taking aim at the actress over the controversy surrounding her marriage to Yul Edochie.
Rita shared a video in which she sang while footage of Judy Austin’s former husband, Emmanuel Obasi, played. In the video, Obasi spoke about being served with a lawsuit of his own.
Using the post to address Judy, Rita questioned her decision to sue her for alleged character defamation and said she was not intimidated by the legal action.
She also revisited the controversy over Judy’s relationship with Yul Edochie, accusing her of being involved with another woman’s husband and warning that she would face the consequences of her actions.
Rita said she would continue pursuing the matter until she got to what she described as its root. She also dismissed online criticism from people supporting Judy, describing them as a small minority.
The actress further claimed that Judy had previously been sued for bigamy but had not appeared in court, and challenged her to appear at the next court proceeding scheduled for the 29th.
Rita wrote:
