Instagram influencer Sophia Egbueje has publicly called out her personal shopper, Bolaji, accusing her of spreading damaging claims that she is broke and trades her body for money.
Sophia also alleged that Bolaji has been telling people she became broke after she stopped using her services, despite previously doing frequent luxury purchases through her.
She claimed she had bought multiple luxury items through Bolaji, including several Birkin bags, insisting the relationship was based on loyalty even though she believed some items were overpriced.
She wrote:
“Bolaji personal shopper. Post all the shit you’ve sent to me privately within 24hours or I’ll show your clients the type of personal shopper they dealing with.
Bought almost 8 birkins amongst other luxurious items I don’t remember.
In less than a year of knowing you… the items I got from you were overpriced. But I’m a loyal person and that’s why I stuck with you.
Keep my name out of your mouth pls… Or I’ll take legal actions.”
Sophia also shared alleged messages from Bolaji, where the shopper accused her of being broke and suggested she depended on her financially.
The messages read in part:
“Let me know if they will be paying your bills for you like I did… Na now you go really hear say you don broke for internet…”
“U are broke? How?… U are broke and you have several houses. Please make it make sense.”
Sophia insisted she has evidence of the exchanges and warned that she may take legal action if the situation continues.
