Leandro Trossard is on the verge of leaving Arsenal for Besiktas after the Turkish club reached an agreement to sign the Belgian winger.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Trossard has approved the move, with Arsenal set to receive €18 million plus a further €2 million in potential add-ons.

The Gunners accepted Besiktas’ offer last week, and the transfer is now nearing completion.

Trossard is expected to travel to Istanbul on Tuesday evening for his medical before signing his contract with the Turkish club.

The 31-year-old played a key role in Arsenal’s successful 2025/26 campaign, featuring in 50 matches across all competitions, scoring eight goals and providing 10 assists as the club won the Premier League title and reached the UEFA Champions League final.
